SYSU Paper Management System
Two kinds of people carry on academic writing in the college: professors and students. Students mainly write on the research of the courses, while the theme of professors’ papers is broader, such as writing for publications and recording meetings, etc..
Besides, there is another kind of people who needs the system, which is archivists. They desperately need a system to liberate work force.
Problem Overview
1. Tedious process: subject representatives are unnecessary.
2. One-way communication: students cannot get feedback from professors.
3. Low efficiency: archivists spend a huge amount of time sorting out the files.
4. Lack of hardware: there is no complete online paper collecting and storing system

The purpose of this project is to serve the students and professors in NFSYSU in their academic writing.
■ PROJECT MISSION
The purpose of designing it is to solve the problem of communicating between professors and students on academic writing as well as file-managing of archivists.
■ PROJECT LENGTH
I took about 3 weeks to complete this project.

With the development of modern system, I want to create a user-friendly product for them.
